We’re pleased to welcome Matt Aspin to Solstice AV as Account Director, marking another deliberate step in how we’re building the business to support reseller growth into 2026 and beyond.
Matt joins us from Exertis, where he worked closely with AV resellers across specification, commercial planning and project delivery. He brings strong channel experience and a practical, grounded approach, helping partners price confidently and deliver successfully as projects become larger and more complex.
Building the right team, with intent
Over the past 12 months, we’ve made a series of strategic hires as part of a wider investment in people, capability and specialist expertise. The goal is simple: to make sure AV resellers feel properly supported, commercially, technically and operationally, when they’re taking on more ambitious opportunities.
In his role, Matt will work directly with reseller partners to turn opportunity into clearly scoped, commercially viable AV solutions, backed by a business that’s intentionally structured for growth.

Matt’s appointment strengthens our ability to support resellers at that critical point, helping move from opportunity to delivery with confidence.
