Our EXP-SP-0102-8K packs a punch as it is a powerful plug-and-play 8K HDMI splitter that has the ability to send uncompressed up to 8K@60Hz or 4K@120Hz up to two displays, but the most useful feature of this splitter is that the second output can scale content down from either 8K>4K or 4K>1080p! Furthermore, its compatible with DSC (Display Stream Compression) version 1.2a pass-through, an approved method of compression in accordance to the HDMI 2.1 specification, allowing up to a lossless 10K@120Hz signal to be transmitted.

EDID MANAGEMENT

Display compatibility is the last thing you need to worry about. Our splitter gives you 5 EDIDs that can be adjusted via dipswitches. The splitter also supports Smart EDID, which will auto-negotiate EDIDs based on the detected displays and adjust accordingly.

Our Essentials 8K splitter not only meets 8K demands but they??re empowered with DSC passthrough, an approved method found in the HDMI 2.1 specification to transmit super-high bandwidth content (up to 10K@120Hz!) producing mathematically lossless content.
