The DS491LT6 is a full HD 49-inch high brightness LCD featuring an LED backlight producing a 5500 nit sunlight viewable image. The DS491LT6 has been designed for applications in bright environments such as outdoor enclosures and storefront windows. A narrow bezel makes this model ideal for either single display or video wall applications. Each screen is individually color calibrated to the D65 color standard to ensure uniformity among multiple displays. The DS491LT6 features an integrated Android based media player with WiFi offering users a complete media platform, allowing playback of local files and USB/SD card media, or users may opt for the Intel Smart Display Module (Intel SDM) platform for maximum integration flexibility.

Color Temperature and Quality

Ensuring the color and brightness of each screen in a tiled matrix matches can be time consuming and requires additional calibration hardware. Each screen is individually color calibrated to the D65 (6500K) CIE color standard. Not only does this produce a true, natural white, the color of all screens will be uniform.

Blackening Defect Free

Most residential and commercial screens will blacken or result in isotropic failure when the LCD panel overheats. The DS491LT6 is equipped with a high temperature LCD panel capable of withstanding temperatures up to 110˚C (230°F) without blackening – crucial for direct sunlight applications.

Auto Brightness Control

Different external lighting conditions require different brightness levels. An onboard light sensor measures the ambient light in the area and automatically adjusts the image accordingly.

Full HD Resolution

With a resolution of 1920 x 1080 Full HD, the DS491LT6 provides a super sharp image for easy to read text and incredible detail

The DS491LT6 features a narrow 8.5/8.7 mm bezel display – perfect for video wall applications. With built-in video daisy chaining, a single 1080p source can be used on video walls up to 15×15 in size without the need for any additional external video wall controller.
